Projects
Self Help Housing
HACT and Self-Help Housing.Org are running a capacity building programme aimed at helping community groups access the government's £10m -£30m Empty Homes Community Grants Programme.
Accommodate PRS
Four regional partnerships bringing together housing providers, refugee community groups and private landlords to improve access to private rental sector (PRS) housing.
Reach In
A fantastic programme, helping refugees find volunteer placements within housing associations to improve employment prospects, address the skills gap within housing and enable housing organisations to deliver better services to refugees.

A series of intergenerational initiatives centred around housing that are improving communication, overcoming loneliness, reducing isolation and improving well-being.

Six partnerships supported by housing associations that are enabling people with support needs to gain more power and control over their lives, by pooling their individual support and care budgets.
HACT's Golden Projects
HACT launched a Golden Projects competition in June 2010 to mark its 50th year of working with the housing sector for the benefit of poor and marginalised groups.
HACT will provide ongoing support for two of the twelve projects over the next two years, including access to our wider networks and expertise.

Bringing together policy makers and practitioners to develop ideas to improve the living conditions of older homeowners.
Housing and Empowerment Network
A network of housing organisations, sharing approaches, building capacity and challenging each other to improve community empowerment.
Housing and Migration Network
Bringing together policy makers and practitioners to develop ideas for improving the housing of refugees and new migrants.
