For the third Green Skills Network webinar is on the 22nd January 2024 from 10:00 – 11:00 the chair of the Green Skills Network David Bussey, will be joined by Christina Byrne, Regional Social Value Manager at Wates they will provide details of a pilot initiative ran throughout December supporting 10 customers into training to become a Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor. Clarion and Wates are working in partnership to develop sustainable employment and training pathways to help our customers secure employment and self-employment in the green sector.

The session - Improving data quality: it's time for a more holistic view - is a space to discuss and explore how to start looking at properties from a more holistic perspective, including:

- Gathering a single source of truth for your data
- Using property and tenant data more strategically to prioritise and plan your asset management, repair and retrofit works
- How to better measure the impact of energy saving projects to improve the quality of future investments

For this Racial Equality Group event, the focus was on the impact of the cost of living crisis on Black, Asian and minority ethnic residents. We were joined by 3 speakers, Stephen Burns, Executive Director of Care and Communities at Peabody,  Max Williams, Senior Researcher at The Runnymede Trust and Ayesha Begum, Programme Manager for Strategy & Impact at Fair4All Finance who shared their insights, research and expertise.
