Launch Pad showcases some of the most progressive thinking, products and services with potential to transform the UK housing sector. And we’re delighted to say, it’s back.
Now sitting on the HACT website, Launch Pad connects social housing organisations with technology vendors, fostering positive engagement around digital issues, as well as data governance and social value.
For social housing organisations, Launch Pad is where you can discover the latest innovations that can have a positive impact on the lives of your residents and communities. These are curated by HACT, ensuring that they can add real value to your businesses and directly improve outcomes for your residents and communities.
Technology will play a critical role in the drive towards sustainability, from driving the zero-carbon agenda to increasing efficiencies. The sector also faces challenges around building safety, resident engagement and the social housing White Paper. Launch Pad is a space to explore how technology can help tackle some of the challenges facing our sector, while shaping and defining the future, direction and purpose of social housing
For technology vendors, Launch Pad gives you a chance to demonstrate the benefits of your technology to the social housing sector. It connects you directly with organisations who would benefit from your products, services and new thinking. From start-ups, to technology that is already benefitting the sector, Launch Pad provides a platform to engage across the housing sector.
After an 18-month hiatus, we’re excited to be relaunching the platform with our first tech provider, Vericon Systems. Their Ecosystem supports social housing organisations and facilities management companies to improve efficiency, maintain high tenant satisfaction and drive cost reductions.
On Wednesday 16 June we’ll be hosting a showcase webinar looking at the current position of tech in the sector and hearing from Vericon Systems. They’ll explain why social housing providers and councils are turning to technology as a solution to multiple current problems, particularly the growing challenge of reducing their carbon footprint.
