On 17 November 2020 the Government launched their Social Housing White Paper, entitled The Charter for Social Housing Residents.A common theme across the White Paper's seven chapters was the fundamental importance of transparency and meaningful engagement with residents.
In December, HACT published a framework for resident feedback. The framework, developed through research commissioned by Network Homes, consists of five stages:
1: Why are you collecting resident feedback?
2: Who are you collecting feedback from?
3: How are you collecting resident feedback?
4: Which metrics do you need to use?
5: What are you doing with resident feedback?
This webinar will address each of these stages, through interviews with leading practitoners of resident feedback in the housing sector, as well as a question and answer session.
